<image:title>About - Welcome!</image:title>
<image:caption>Almaden Academy of Music is a music school with a place (and an instrument!) for everyone. Our mission is to feed any student’s natural love of music, and to help them progress toward their personal musical goals. We celebrated our official opening in August 2022 in the Via Valiente Plaza at 6930 Almaden Expressway. After an isolating couple of years the joys and benefits of sharing music with others is more powerful than ever. Our incredible teachers guide students of all ages along their personal musical paths through private instruction and/or group classes. We study and practice hard in the studio, but always and forever with joy. While we encourage the development of great technique, we embrace music of all styles at AAM. We offer optional participation in two yearly recitals, the Royal Conservatory of Music Development program, ABRSM, Certificate of Merit, and Suzuki or traditional instruction. We are also proud to provide the general music programs for Graystone Elementary School and St. Timothy’s Christian Preschool, as well as extracurricular and supplemental programs for Graystone Elementary, Williams Elementary, Bret Harte Middle School, and Shepherd of the Valley Preschool.</image:caption>

<image:title>Private Lessons - Jam Nights & Recitals</image:title>
<image:caption>Performance opportunities in a positive environment are valuable experiences for musicians of all levels! That’s why recitals and unlimited Jam Nights are included in lesson tuition. Jam Nights are monthly informal performance classes where students are invited to come enjoy a snack and play/sing whatever they’re working on for their peers and a faculty member. This is a great opportunity for students of all levels to get used to performing in front of others in a supportive, enthusiastic environment and receive encouragement from a faculty member other than their usual teacher.</image:caption>
