Summer 2024 Camps (Weeklong M-F, June 3-Aug 11)
Musical Theater! Instrument Sampler! Band Bootcamp! Orchestra Bootcamp! Chamber Music Intensive! Musical fun for ages 4.5-7.5! We have something this summer for everyone, with no repeats all summer. We offer private lessons in voice, piano, violin, viola, cello, saxophone, clarinet, flute, trumpet, trombone, French horn, guitar (acoustic and electric), ukulele, guzheng, percussion, drumset, bass (electric & upright), digital production, composition, music theory, recorder, & AP Music Theory Prep. We are an approved vendor for Ocean Grove and an approved vendor for SJUSD public schools (elementary general music).

Introducing Onsite@ in the SJUSD schools!
We are thrilled to provide extracurricular instrumental ensembles (Band, Orchestra, Percussion) ONSITE at Graystone Elementary, Williams Elementary, and Bret Harte Middle School. Registration will open in August for Fall 2024! Kids can pick what they play. Need-based scholarships available. Click below for more info.
Instrument Rental Program
ALMADEN ACADEMY OF MUSIC is pleased to offer an affordable musical instrument rental program through EASYRENT powered by NEMC. Through this program, we are able to offer the South San Jose community access to affordable and convenient rentals, backed by a national company, providing you access to the largest inventory of teacher-approved quality musical instruments in new or like-new condition such as trumpets, clarinets, trombones, flutes, saxophones, violins, violas, cellos, percussion and many more at an extremely affordable price. School-year, short-term, and long-term rentals available and shipped right to your door.
